FAQ

Free, Pro & everything between.

Is the free version limited or a trial?

No. The Free core is a genuinely useful plugin you can run forever — not a time-limited trial. Pro adds the advanced features on top, but nothing in Free stops working.

What do I get when I upgrade to Renew Forge Pro?

Everything in Free, plus the Pro features of this tool, and updates and priority email support for as long as your annual licence runs. Your licence and downloads are in your Avakode dashboard; the free core stays as it is.

Do I need an account to download the free version?

No account, no email, no waiting. Click download, upload the zip to WordPress, activate. You only need an account when you buy Pro.

Can I cancel? Is there a refund?

Pro is an annual licence you can cancel anytime — you keep access until the period ends. If it is not for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and you get a refund, no questions asked. Renewals have their own conditions: see the Refund Policy.

Will it keep working if my licence lapses?

Yes. The Free core keeps running and nothing is deleted: your content and data stay where they are, and only the Pro features pause until you renew.
