Refund Policy
Fourteen days, no questions asked — the same courtesy Renew Forge helps you give your own customers.
1. The window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund of that payment. We do not ask you to justify it and there is no save attempt.
2. How to ask
Write to support@avakode.com from the email address on the purchase, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. One line is enough.
3. What happens next
We confirm within two business days and Paddle — the seller of record, under the Paddle Buyer Terms — refunds the original payment method; banks usually take a further three to ten days to show it. The licence is cancelled when the refund is issued: the Pro features stop, the free plugin keeps working, and nothing in your store is deleted.
4. Renewals
Renewal payments carry the same 14 days, counted from the renewal date. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us and we will refund it.
5. The free plugin
The free plugin costs nothing and needs no refund.
6. Consumer rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
