Renew Forge → Compliance check lists 14 items about the store, each with its status, what was found, what to do (with a link to the screen where it is done) and the provision it is about. Viewing the screen changes nothing. The screen itself says that the rules are expected from spring 2027 and that it is a working list, not legal advice.
Statuses: OK (pass), Review (warn), Fix (fail), Skipped (items about subscriptions, while WooCommerce Subscriptions is not active).

Notes on some items:
- One-click cancel button warns when active subscriptions are on a payment method that does not support cancellation: WooCommerce Subscriptions refuses the change there, so no button is shown for them; the item lists them.
- Subscription summary on product pages is a Review item by design: the box gives Sch. 23 paras 2–5 and 8, and the rest of the key pre-contract information (minimum total, price changes, notice period, reminder period, cooling-off rights — paras 6, 7, 9, 10, 11) must be given with it.
- Order button mentions payment looks for “pay” in the button text. WooCommerce Subscriptions’ default “Sign up now” gets a Review: change it to wording such as “Subscribe and pay”.
- Renewal reminders passes when Renew Forge Pro sends them (or another plugin says so through the
rnwf_reminder_providerfilter), and warns with Pro’s reason when Pro is set to send fewer than the Act requires. Without such a plugin it checks what WooCommerce Subscriptions’ own reminders would do — switched on, a live (production) site, the reminder emails on — and warns that renewals twelve months or more apart need an additional, earlier reminder that WooCommerce Subscriptions does not send.
With Renew Forge Pro active, five more items appear: Cooling-off cancellations and refunds; Discounted periods; Express payment buttons and the subscription terms; Subscription terms at checkout; Free trials shorter than the reminder period. Other plugins can add items through the rnwf_compliance_checks filter.
Record in the journal saves the current result as a “Compliance check recorded” entry: the counts per status and each item’s status, so you can later show what the store looked like on a given day.
