The cancellation confirmation email is switched on and edited under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails.
Renew Forge Pro keeps its settings on its own screens, every feature off until you switch it on: Reminders (see Renewal reminders), Cooling-off & checkout (Cooling-off and refunds; Subscription terms at checkout), SMS, and Evidence export (retention). Each screen saves only its own settings.
